Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to famc.tech and services provided by FAMC Technology Enterprises LTD, registered in RAK, UAE (License 07011066). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Custom software development, IT consulting, AI management, automation, digitalization consulting, EU funds technical consulting. Specific terms are defined in individual contracts.

All engagements require a signed contract. These Terms apply additionally. In case of conflict, the specific contract prevails.

Terms specified per invoice (typically Net 30). Methods: bank transfer, card (Stripe). Prices in USD unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur 1.5%/month interest. FAMC may suspend services for payments overdue by 30+ days.

Pre-existing IP remains FAMC's property. Custom work transfers to client upon full payment. Open-source components remain under their licenses.

Both parties treat non-public information as confidential. Obligation survives for 3 years after termination. Does not apply to public information or legal requirements.

Services are performed with reasonable skill. Delivered software includes a 30-day warranty for defects. The website is provided “as is”.

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. FAMC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination for material breach. Upon termination, completed work shall be paid for.

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes. Blog content is informational only. We reserve the right to modify the website at any time.

EU/RO clients: EU and Romanian law. Disputes resolved by competent Romanian courts.

International clients: UAE law, RAK jurisdiction.

Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
